RESERVATION POLICIES :

Minimum Stay: 2 nights in apartment with overnight service only.

Weekly Stay: from Saturday to Saturday, if not different agreed with the Management.

Caution: the reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit required. The normal deposit rate is 50% of the whole amount due.

Check-in e Check-out: please be aware that You must show a valid ID of the people accommodating in the apartment to our representative, giving us a copy of them, upon arrival. You must also pay the remaining 50% before entering the apartment chosen. When leaving the apartment please return the keys to our office - in case of keys loss you’ll have to pay for the lock substitution.

Weekly stays include: energetic consumptions, water, gas, linens (bedroom, bathroom and kitchen) on a once a week change basis. Swimming pool (during the indicated opening period) and barbecue use.

Stays do not include: final cleaning of the apartment, heating (when used).

Occupancy: the maximum number of people who may accommodate in the apartment must match the number of people indicated at the time of booking confirmation. We won’t accept more people than that number.

Responsibility: the Castellare farmhouse is not responsible for any damage, fire, theft, power cut or water, electricity, gas or others, poor service, caused by You during the stay.
However, you can make sure that we will help You for any problem You may have. Always.
